At long last, the Organizing Committee of Indoor Skydiving 2020 | First Global Summit by FAI (ISGS) is able to process credit card payments and opens up the official registration. From 21 September through 30 November 2019, ISGS participants can register through www.indooorskydivingsummit.com and purchase a voucher for four different options.
The summiteers may register either as an individual or as a company and choose between single or double room occupancy at the *** hotels. Four different options altogether!
The registration fees applicable from today through 30 November 2019 are "Early Bird" rates. From 1 December 2019, the fees increase by 50 € per participant every month: payments made in December plus 50 €; payments made in January plus 100 €. Payment can be made through bank transfer to the ISGS account or by credit or debit card (American Express, Master Card and Visa).
And a word about our hotels: the ISGS Organizing Committee has reserved rooms in local *** hotels for up to 300 participants and negotiated an advantageous rate for double as well as single occupancy. All hotels are of a solid *** standard and have been used for event accommodation by the ISGS Hosting Partners on previous occasions. They all serve breakfasts that are virtually identical.
As the Organizing Committee staff processes the registration it will assign the participants to the different hotels. To ensure equality in the occupation of the contracted hotels, the name of the hotel assigned to the individuals and the companies will not be released until the second week of 2020. From 6 January 2020 a personal message will be sent to all participants, informing them of the hotel and room assignments.
