We have decided to no longer levy any fees from the participants through the comprehensive registration packages which were offered thus far.* Participation in Indoor Skydiving 2020 | First Global Summit (ISGS) is free of charge. Zero, nil, nada is due for taking part in the 13 sessions at the venue and for the ISGS documentation. You make your own arrangements for accommodations and meals. We, the organizers, will assist you with both.
We made the layout of the summit more compact and eliminated the need for a complex transport system. Most importantly, we established the Convent Santa Clara in Castelló d’Empúries as the new venue. Well, “new” might not be the most appropriate attribute used in connection with a building that dates back to the year 1267. But the former nunnery has only recently been renovated and converted into a multi-purpose cultural center.
While registration is free of charge, it does remain mandatory. To participate you will need to obtain a voucher through our online registration system. The capacity at the convent is 150. With approximately 50 having registered for ISGS to date*, we make the remaining vouchers available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The process is straightforward and it can be accessed with the RSVP button on www.indoorskydivingsummit.com. We are available to assist you with questions you may have.
All summit sessions will be streamed to the highest technical standards – live from the convent in Castelló – and other coverage such as interviews and background pieces on The Wind Games 2020 will be made available from a studio in Empuriabrava. With the streams being free-to-view and as interactive as can be, we let the world be a part of “Tunnel Vision of the Broadest Kind.” The third ISGS online presence will be established on or around 30 January 2020. Chances are good that it will rapidly develop into the most popular one.
All participants who have paid registration fees that were previously levied will get refunded. They receive information on the procedure to their email addresses.
HelpUsMakeTheSummit is a fundraising drive to help the organizers of Indoor Skydiving 2020 | First Global Summit (ISGS) balance their budget, which is in the mid-five-digit range, after they have decided not to levy any registration fees from the participants. If you participate in the summit, or watch the webcast sessions, and if you like what it offers in terms of information and output, why not make a donation through GoFundMe?
